Dalil AI WhatsApp Agent
Dalil AI WhatsApp Agent connects your WhatsApp account to Dalil so you can create, update, and analyze CRM records directly from chat messages on your phone.
Once connected, you can interact with your People, Companies, Opportunities, Tasks, and Pipelines simply by sending messages to Dalil on WhatsApp. The assistant is fully synced with your CRM, so actions taken from WhatsApp immediately update your workspace.
How to connect WhatsApp to Dalil AI
To start using Dalil AI on WhatsApp:
Go to Account Settings
Open Core Integrations
Select Dalil AI on WhatsApp
Enter your phone number with the international prefix
Example:+971…Click Connect WhatsApp AI agent
Scan the QR code with your phone
You will be redirected to a WhatsApp chat with Dalil
Send “Hello” to activate the connection
Once this step is completed, your WhatsApp account is linked to Dalil AI and ready to execute commands.

For the best results, your message should clearly specify:
The entity → people, companies, opportunities, tasks, pipelines
The filter → stage, value, activity, date, or custom field
The action → create, update, move, enroll, analyze
The more precise your message is, the more accurate Dalil’s response will be.
Dalil works both on WhatsApp and inside the web app, keeping your CRM fully synchronized.
What you can send on WhatsApp
Dalil AI supports multiple types of input.
Text messages
You can send instructions in natural language.
Example:
Create a people record for John Doe with phone number +9717777777 and email john.doe@gmail.com
Dalil will immediately execute the action.
Images
You can send images such as business cards.
Dalil will extract the contact details and automatically create or update CRM records.
Voice messages
Dalil will transcribe your voice message and confirm the action before executing it.
If the transcription is correct, simply reply “yes”.
If something needs to be adjusted, send the precise correction and Dalil will update it before executing.

Switching workspaces
If you belong to multiple Dalil workspaces, you can switch directly from WhatsApp.
Commands you can use:
switch workspace/switch
Dalil will show you the available workspaces and allow you to select the one you want to use.
Resetting the conversation to avoid AI hallucinations
Because Dalil AI understands instructions based on the current conversation context, older messages can sometimes influence new requests.
If you want to start a clean interaction, you can create a new chat with Dalil.
Commands you can use:
/new-chat
new chat
Starting a new chat resets the context and ensures Dalil interprets your next request without being influenced by previous messages.
This is recommended when:
You want to run a completely different task
You previously executed multiple CRM actions in the same chat
You want to avoid AI hallucinations caused by earlier context
Using a fresh chat ensures Dalil analyzes your request from a clean context, improving accuracy and reliability.
Good prompts vs bad prompts
Because Dalil AI analyzes your CRM structure, clear prompts generate better results.
Bad prompt: Help me with sales
Better prompt: Analyze opportunities and identify the bottleneck stage based on conversion rate.
Bad prompt: Update John to contacted lead.
Better prompt: Update John Frank record with stage “contacted lead”.
Bad prompt: Create a new lead.
