Filtering and organizing your Inbox

Dalil provides multiple filtering options so you can focus on the conversations that matter most.

Filters allow you to organize your inbox based on channels, CRM attributes, activity, or workflow status.

Channel filters

You can filter conversations by communication channel.

Available channels include:

People and company filters
